Back from Hiatus!

Wow, camp was amazing!

NIU is a college campus that hosts summer camps (art, theatre, jazz etc). The one I went to is called Visual Arts Camp and it lasted a total of 5 loooong days- at the same time, it was short. It seemed I would never finish anything in a few days, but I did. And I also found out I cant draw using charcoal, or draw life. My pastel art looks okay but compared to others- sucky. Some people used a barbie doll and totally remade her. One was a wreck (green swirly hair, duct tape shirt & cut off body parts) and the other one was pretty cool in taste (awesome handmade gothic clothing). Some of the artwork was totally admiring, and others were so-so. The food was good, since I always stacked up (but the cafe ones for lunch was amazing!). I made 6 amazing friends too, and bonded some more with my best friend (& roommate).
